Our Strategic Planning Approach
Strategic planning at Stratalysts begins with a foundation of collaboration and inclusivity. We believe that the best plans are built through the active participation of all stakeholders—elected officials, leaders, staff, community members, and partner organizations alike. Our process combines qualitative insights with data-driven analysis to create actionable strategies that reflect shared goals and priorities.
Engagement is at the heart of our strategic planning process. We actively involve all stakeholders through a combination of surveys, interviews, small group forums, community workshop and a digital platform to capture diverse perspectives. This type of blended engagement strategy allows us to amplify the voices of potentially underrepresented groups. It also helps to ensure that the final plan resonates with both the organization and the broader community it serves.
Stratalysts employs uses the Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation methodology for all strategic planning engagements. ToP is a structured, participatory approach that fosters consensus, encourages meaningful dialogue, and ensures that all voices are heard - not just those that can speak the loudest.
