Stratalysts employs uses the Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation methodology for all strategic planning engagements. ToP is a structured, participatory approach that fosters consensus, encourages meaningful dialogue, and ensures that all voices are heard - not just those that can speak the loudest.
An effective implementation requires that an organization integrates the strategic plan across all levels and units of an organization. While Stratalysts feels most successful when you don’t need our help, the leadership team alone cannot execute a strategic plan. And, all organizations are in different places along the strategic planning maturity scale. Organizations often require additional implementation support over the course of the plan. Communication, process development and/or improvement, team building, change management, action planning, prioritization, plan updates, budget alignment, and reporting are all areas in which organizations can benefit.
To better support your strategic plan success, Stratalysts will can provide ongoing implementation support services; for the first year of the plan or ongoing. With up to ten (10) hours per month, your organization can get needed training, support individual departments or offices, facilitate plan update workshops, or address items that the Strategic Planning Maturity Scale Assessment brought to light.
